Scott Swann Press Release 2019
We are very pleased to announce that Scott will be racing this year in the British Motostar Moto3 Championship, in the open GP Class.
Scott will move up from the Standard Moto 3 class where last season he took 5th place in Championship after a string of podiums and 3 wins at end of season. Unfortunately while chasing 2nd in the Championship, Scott broke his wrist badly two days before the final at Brands Hatch.
Scott is now back to full fitness and having just completed a successful preseason test in Spain he is raring to go. Scott said "I really enjoyed testing the KTM, the bike is a lot different than last years standard Honda, we done a lot of work and tried a lot of different settings and in the end I was really happy with the bike and my pace, but I know it will always be different when we get to our first BSB race. I can't wait to get started, I'm buzzing to be riding a GP KTM in the BSB, it's a dream bike for me.” Scott's first race on the IFS KTM will be the Oulton Park BSB round this weekend 5th, 6th May.
